Cashout Event

[Description]
Cashout is a dynamic PvP event system designed to spice up your server with high-risk, high-reward battles.
When the event starts, a cashout zone is spawned at a random location from a configurable pool of positions. Players must enter the zone and eliminate opponents inside to earn money. Each kill inside the active zone rewards the player instantly, making it a fast-paced fight for dominance.
This creates a competitive hotspot where players clash for cash, encouraging combat, strategy, and risk-taking.
